Forgiveness can be one of the most challenging acts for a person or a community to undertake. Perhaps the most difficult act of forgiveness for many of us is the act of forgiving oneself for our own wrongdoing.  Carrying heavy regrets can lead to an ongoing cycle of guilt and shame which is a painful place to be.  This worship service will explore how undertaking a practice of self-forgiveness can be an important step in healing our own pain and help increase our empathy for others. We share our November offering with the GRIP Project, introduced by Tovis Page. We also invite our UUSM friends to join us for this service.

Worship Associate: Chris DeCardy.
