Order of Service

Sistersong, the Women of Color Collective who originated the term Reproductive Justice defined it as “the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe sustainable communities.” Reproductive Justice may be a broader term than simply the right to abortion but the right and access to abortion has become a hugely divisive issues for our country with local access for many in our country soon being removed.  This Sunday we will hear our own reproductive stories from within this religious community as we reflect on this important topic.  Worship Associate: Chris DeCardy.

Our Share the Plate recipient will be an organization working on reproductive justice in areas of the country where the full right is under threat.
