What does it mean for UUFRC to be a sanctuary congregation today? What is the direction of California’s sanctuary movement in 2020? How can California faith communities counter policies of criminalization against people of color and lift up the human dignity of each person across bars and borders? Rev. Deborah Lee is the Executive Director of the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity (IM4HI).
