Gather at UUFRC at 9:30 am for a short centering activity. We will then drive to Laurelwood Park in San Mateo for a short hike. We will return to UUFRC to talk about nature’s calming effects and a brief closing.  We should be done by noon.

Everyone should bring their own water to carry on the hike. All participants must have a completed UUFRC Youth Group Consent and Release form for the 2017-2018 year on file. Contact Derby for this form.
