Ice Cream Social

Description: A fun social after service where you get your ice cream, then mingle with different groups to get different toppings. A fun and delicious way to meet people and find out what’s going on. Help setup and cleanup. Usually held in late September
Silent & Live Auction
Chairs: Jessica Stoutamire, Jen Bahr-Davidson, and Susie Idzik
Description: Come help us plan the biggest FUNdraiser at UUFRC. This key event is critical for the yearly budget, and also a lot of fun! Join us in planning, decorating, and helping out the evening of the event. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy UUFRC fellowship.
Annual Fall Retreat

Description: Join us in the redwoods near Santa Cruz for a relaxing Fall weekend of good fellowship, fun, food, activities, workshops, and worship. There are many ways to help out. Usually held in early November.
Come for one day or the entire weekend.
Christmas Lights Walk

Description: Gather for hot chocolate and treats, then stroll together to view the Christmas lights. A wonderful multi-generational event. Contact Sharon if you are interested in helping out. Held in December.
Spaghetti Dinner
(Organized by the YAF Committee)

Description: Each year, the youth put on a fun, multi-generational spaghetti dinner to raise money to support youth education. Usually held in February.
Earth Day Festival

Description: Earth Day holds special significance to Unitarian Universalists, symbolic of our Seventh principle dedicated to the interconnected web of life. Help organize this fun festival open to the neighborhood.
Year-End Potluck

Description: In early June, UUFRC walks over to nearby Stafford Park after service to enjoy a potluck and conversation with each other.
